Sweden comprises the company’s mobile, broadband, TV and fixed-line operations in Sweden.

Finland comprises the company’s mobile, broadband, TV and fixed-line operations in Finland.

Norway comprises the company’s mobile, broadband, TV and fixed-line operations in Norway.

Denmark comprises the company’s mobile, broadband, TV and fixed-line operations in Denmark.

Lithuania comprises the company’s mobile, broadband, TV and fixed-line operations in Lithuania.

Estonia comprises the company’s mobile, broadband, TV and fixed-line operations in Estonia.

Other operations include mainly the operations in Latvia, the international carrier operations, customer financing operations, the company’s shareholdings in the Turkish associated company, Turkcell, as well as Common Products and Services and Group functions.

The company’s real estate holdings include approximately 9,700 properties, mainly in Sweden and Finland. The substantial majority is used solely for technical facilities, like network installations, computer installations, research centers and service outlets.

The company has one material associated company, Turkcell Iletisim Hizmetleri A.S., in which the company’s ownership and voting power, as well as consolidated share is 24 percent (24 percent). The company operates in Turkey, Ukraine and Belarus as a mobile operator.
