Hrvatski Telekom d.d., together with its subsidiaries, provides various telecommunications services to residential and corporate customers, small and medium sized businesses, and public sector customers in the Republic of Croatia and internationally. The company is a subsidiary of Deutsche Telekom Europe B.V.

Segments

The company operates through Residential, Business, and Network and Support Functions segments.

Residential

This segment includes marketing, sales and customer services, focused on providing mobile, fixed line telecommunications, electricity and TV distribution and services to residential customers.

Business

This segment includes marketing, sales and customer services, focused on providing mobile and fixed line telecommunications, electricity and systems integration services to corporate customers, small- and medium-sized businesses and the public sector. This segment is also responsible for the wholesale business in both fixed and mobile services.

Network and Support Functions

This segment performs cross-segment management and support functions, and includes the technology, procurement, accounting, treasury, legal and other central functions.

History

The company was founded in 1998. It was formerly known as HT – Hrvatske telekomunikacije d.d. and changed its name to Hrvatski Telekom d.d. in May 2010.
