Zinc One Resources Stock

Zinc One Resources Inc. engages in the acquisition, exploration, and development of mineral properties in Canada, Peru and Africa.

Disposition

In August 2020, the company entered into a share transfer agreement and sold Compania Minera Vensix S.A.C., which owned the Esquilache Project to Nubian.

In September 2020, the company entered into a settlement agreement with InCor Holdings Limited (InCoR). InCoR agreed to set off amounts owed to them and, in consideration of which, the company assigned its interests in Forrester Metals Inc., which indirectly through Peruvian subsidiaries owns the Bongara Zinc Mine Project and the Charlotte-Bongara Zinc Project. As a result of closing of the transaction, the company has disposed of all of its interests in Peru.

History

Zinc One Resources Inc. was incorporated in 2007. The company was formerly known as Rockridge Capital Corp. and changed its name to Zinc One Resources Inc. in January 2017.
