The properties are situated mainly in the municipality of Mochitlan, with parts, to the northeast and southeast, lying in the municipality of Quechultenango.
History
The company was incorporated in 1981. It was formerly known as La Plata Gold Corporation and changed its name to Alphamin Resources Corp. in October 2008.
