Video and Broadband Solutions

This segment designs, manufactures and sells products for the cable industry that allow service providers a ‘last mile’ solution for both video and broadband access, primarily in the business services market segment. This segment designs, develops and distributes electronic communications products to cable and telecommunication markets.

Content Delivery and Storage

This segment includes solutions and software for industries and customers that focus on storing, protecting, transforming, and delivering media assets. This segment develops advanced applications focused on storing, protecting, and transforming and delivering visual media.

Telematics

This segment provides fleet managers key information and analytics they require to optimally manage their business. This segment designs, develops and distributes fleet management products.

Acquisitions

In May 2019, the company completed the acquisition of all of the assets and certain liabilities, comprising the ContentAgent business (ContentAgent), from Root 6 Limited. ContentAgent offers a file-based workflow management and automation platform, specializing in video-ingest and delivery automation solutions in the media industry.

Discontinued Operations

In 2017, the company discontinued its YourLink business, which provided cable television and Internet services in British Columbia and Saskatchewan.
