On December 10, 2009, Talon Metals Corp. has concluded an agreement with Brazauro Resources Corp. Under the agreement, Brazauro has been granted an option to earn a 100% interest in Talon's agua Branca Gold Project. agua Branca comprises a total area of 9,356 hectares in the Tapajos Gold District within the Para State, Brazil.
