In December 2009, Yucheng Technologies Limited announced a joint venture with NTT Data Corporation that would develop Yucheng's E-Banking ASP into hosted e-banking for China.

History

The company was founded in 1967. It was formerly known as NTT Data Communications Systems Corporation and changed its name to NTT Data Corporation in 1998.
