Wheat Flour and Premixes: Offerings include the company’s high-grade tempura batter mixes called Showa Tempurako Ogon; Cake no Youna Hotcake Mix endorsed by Le Patissier Takagi; the company’s series of Tezukuri Oyatsu Kobo for parents and children to making snacks; and Renji de Chinsuru Karaageko (fried chicken batter mixes), which enable preparation of fried chicken in a microwave oven without the need for oil.
