InnoTek Limited, through its subsidiary, Mansfield Manufacturing Company Limited, operates as a precision metal components manufacturer serving the consumer electronics, office automation and mobility device industries.

The company’s three business units, such as Precision Metal Stamping, Tools and Die Design and Fabrications, and Integrated Processes and Assembly, have a base of Japanese and European end-customers.

The company has approximately 700 stamping presses with capacity ranging from 25 tons to 1100 tons, various Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines, Electrical Discharge Machines (EDM), plastic injection moulding and grinding equipment.

History

The company was founded in 1984. It was formerly known as Magnecomp International Limited and changed its name to InnoTek Limited in 2007.
