Commercial Properties

This segment owns and manages a portfolio of luxurious residential, commercial and office properties in exceptional locations worldwide. From the idyllic lifestyle of The Repulse Bay on Hong Kong's South Side to the warm hospitality of The Landmark in Vietnam, the company offers stylish and luxurious residential apartments managed by the same executive team that owns and operates The Peninsula Hotels, as well as primary retail space in dynamic city locations.

The company’s commercial property portfolio offers ultra luxury residential apartments, office space and retail arcades in the locations in Hong Kong, Vietnam and France.

Clubs and Services

This segment owns and operates the 125-year-old Peak Tram, a major tourist attraction in Hong Kong. The company also owns and manages the Thai Country Club near Bangkok, one of the finest golf clubs in Asia; Quail Lodge Golf Club in Carmel, California, the U.S.A.; Peninsula Merchandising, which operates the Peninsula Boutiques worldwide; and Tai Pan Laundry services in Hong Kong. Under Peninsula Clubs and Consultancy Services, the company manages the Hong Kong Club, The Hong Kong Bankers Club and The Refinery in Hong Kong, as well as No.1 Waitanyuan in Shanghai.

The company operates golf clubs and facilities under the Clubs and Services division, with properties in Hong Kong, the U.S., and Thailand. Peninsula Merchandising Limited develops and distributes Peninsula-branded merchandise and operates Peninsula Boutiques in key gateway cities in Asia.
