Langham Hotels International Limited (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) manages all the hotels with the exception of one property.
The company’s principal holdings include a 49% interest in Champion Real Estate Investment Trust, which owns 1.56 million square feet of Grade-A commercial office space in Citibank Plaza in the Central business district of Hong Kong, as well as the office tower and shopping mall of Langham Place comprising a total floor area of 1.29 million square feet in the shopping district of Mongkok, Kowloon.
The company, in the United States, owns three office buildings with a total floor area of 534,000 square feet. It is also active in property management and maintenance services.
