Property Business

Hong Kong: As of June 30, 2009, the company’s total land bank in Hong Kong amounted to 41.9 million square feet, comprising 26 million square feet of completed investment properties and 15.9 million square feet of properties under development. It also held approximately 24 million square feet of agricultural land in terms of site area. It has completed six projects with 1.8 million square feet of attributable gross floor area in Hong Kong.

Mainland and Singapore: As of June 30, 2009, the company’s mainland land bank amounted to an attributable 55.3 million square feet. Majority of the 52.3 million square feet of properties under development would be residences and serviced apartments. The rest would be offices, shopping malls, and hotels. The remaining 3 million square feet of completed investment properties, mainly offices, and shopping centers in prime locations in Shanghai and Beijing, are being held for rent.
