Yuexiu Property Company Limited develops, sells, and manages properties primarily in Mainland China and Hong Kong.

As of December 31, 2016, the company directly owned approximately 0.88 million square meters of investment properties for leasing (comprising offices, commercial properties, car parks and others) and indirectly owned, through the Yuexiu Real Estate Investment Trust, approximately 0.74 million square meters of commercial properties for leasing.

The company would focus on three core regions, including Pearl River Delta, Yangtze River Delta and Central China Region; and strengthen and optimize the business of development and operation of residential and commercial properties.
