The Company operates a Players Grille Restaurant and Bar which is a theme-based casual dining sports bar located in Jacksonville, Florida. Through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Players Grille, Inc., the Company leases approximately 6,084 square feet of restaurant/retail space in Orange Park, Florida. In this space the Company operates its Players Grille Restaurant and Bar.

Joint Ventures and Strategic Partners

The Company has entered into a joint venture agreement with Tiki Hut Enterprises, Ltd. (Tiki Hut), a private developer of restaurants and bars, for the formation of Coconut Grove Group, Ltd. (CG Group).

The Company’s strategic partner includes Stag Financial Group, Inc.
