Properties

The Wuakakuy Property: The claim block is a 600 hectare project, situated in Putina District, Department of Puno, southeastern Peru. The Wuakakuy Property consists of two mining concessions, Wuakakuy and Wuakakuy Uno.

Linderos Claims: In 2011, the company's wholly owned subsidiary, Portage Minerals Peru S.A. entered into a purchase and sale agreement to acquire all rights, title and interest to the Linderos 4 mining concession in Tabaconas District, San Ignacio Province, Department of Cajamarca, Peru with Nilam Resources Inc. (Nilam). Also in 2011, Portage Minerals Peru S.A. entered into a purchase and sale agreement to acquire all rights, title and interest to the Linderos 5 mining concession with Nilam.

Cordillera Negra Claims: In 2011, Portage Minerals Peru S.A. entered into agreements to acquire certain mineral concessions, known as Cordillera Negra located approximately 13 kilometers from the great Antamina Mine, consisting of 2 properties with a total of 1,200 hectares.

History

The company was founded in 2006. It was incorporated under the laws of the state of Nevada in 2006. The company was formerly known as Portage Resources Inc. and changed its name to OM Holdings International, Inc. in July 2020.
