TSR Media Group, Inc. also entered into an agreement, which became effective February 12, 2020 and was later amended on April 26, 2020, to purchase a domain called www.flavorfullapps.com and approximately sixty food related apps that were listed on Amazon.com, Blackberry World and Google Play. As of September 2020, TSR Media Group, Inc. cancelled the relationship with the game development company.

During the year ended April 30, 2021, the company incurred $20,000 of research and development costs related to the development of its treasure search and salvage gaming app.

History

The company was founded in 2016. It was incorporated in the state of Nevada in 2016. The company was formerly known as Beliss Corp. and changed its name to Treasure & Shipwreck Recovery, Inc. in 2019.
