It also operates out of call centers in Nova Scotia, Canada, and Bengaluru, India.

Price comparison

The Price Comparison Segment relates to its price comparison operation Confused.com, which is a car insurance comparison Web site in the United Kingdom. Operating in the U.K., the site allows consumers to compare a range of general insurance and financial services products across price and policy benefits. Confused also offers a comparison service for household insurance, along with a range of other insurance and financial products.

Non-UK car insurance

The Non-UK Car Insurance Segment consists of the underwriting of car insurance and provision of ancillary services outside of the UK. It specifically covers Balumba.es, AdmiralDirekt.de, and ConTe.it operations in Spain, Germany, and Italy respectively.

Other

The Other Segment includes the Gladiator broking operation. Gladiator is a commercial vehicle insurance broker offering van insurance and associated products, typically to small businesses. It distributes via telephone and Internet (including price comparison Web sites).
