The company offers leisure and hospitality services, including gaming, hotel, entertainment, and amusement. It owns and operates properties, such as Resorts World Genting (RWG) in Malaysia, Resorts World Birmingham (RWB) and other casinos in the U.K., Resorts World Casino New York City (RWNYC) in the United States and Resorts World Bimini in the Bahamas (Bimini operations).

RWG is a premier leisure and entertainment resort in Malaysia with a casino, rooms spread across hilltop and a mid-hill hotels, theme parks with fun rides and entertainment attractions, as well as dining and retail outlets, international shows and business convention facilities. In addition, the company owns and operates two seaside resorts in Malaysia - Resorts World Kijal (RW Kijal) and Resorts World Langkawi (RW Langkawi).

In the U.K., the company is one of the major casino operators with operating casinos. Genting UK operates six casinos in London, including four of the primary brands in the capital city, namely Crockfords, the Colony Club, Maxims Casino Club and The Palm Beach. The company also owns and operates a hotel in London. The remaining casinos are located in the U.K. provinces.

In the U.S., RWNYC is a video gaming machine facility located at the Aqueduct Racetrack in New York City. RWNYC offers the gaming and entertainment experience, with electronic gaming machines, shows, events and culinary delights. The company also owns properties, which include a hotel, as well as office and retail spaces, in the City of Miami, Florida (Miami).

In the Bahamas, the company operates Resorts World Bimini, a 750-acre beachfront resort offering a casino, a hotel, villas, restaurants and bars, resort amenities and the yacht and marina complex in the Bahamas. The initial phase of its Hilton hotel has been opened in April 2015.

The company is also involved in the development, sale, and letting of land and properties. In addition, it engages in the ownership and operation of casinos, online gaming, condotel and golf resorts; proprietary time share ownership scheme; and provision of management, sales and marketing, and information technology and consultancy services, as well as tours and travel related services.

Further, the company provides training, travel agency, show agency, support, cable car, offshore financing, and property upkeep services; and develops and operates a video lottery facility. Additionally, it is involved in the provision of electricity supply and water services; karaoke business; research, development, and provision of IT related services; research in software development activities; ownership and operation of aircraft; ownership of sea vessels; operation of ferries; and provision of support operations for ferry services. In addition, the company provides reinsurance services; and payment and collection agent services.
