History

Vestel Elektronik Sanayi Ve Ticaret A.S. was founded in March 1983 under the name of Ferguson Elektronik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. in Turkey and changed its name to Star Elektronik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. in the same year. Further, the Company changed its name to Vestel Elektronik Sanayi Ve Ticaret A.S. in 1984.
