DEME is a marine engineering company. Its core activities include dredging and civil marine engineering. DEME’s complementary activities include environmental engineering (treatment of soil and sludge), services for the oil and gas sector, and extraction of construction aggregates from the sea. DEME’s areas of operation include Europe, Africa, South America, the Middle East, Australia, South America, India, and the Mediterranean.

Rent-A-Port is a specialist in port engineering and is also a co-investment partner in greenfield port projects.

Rent-A-Port operates in two main activities: engineering activities, such as design, concept studies, soil survey, project management, and supervision of execution; and coordination, such as co-investments and syndications in large-scale port developments.
