SMB Solutions

Includes domain names, hosting (email and Web), online marketing and Website builds. SMB provides domain name registrations and renewals, Website and email hosting, Website development, search engine marketing and social advertising campaigns in Australia and New Zealand.

Enterprise

Includes data and analytics professional services, data and analytics software, cloud professional and managed services and mobile application development. Enterprise provides services, including cloud, mobile application development, data and analytics to Australian enterprise and government organizations.

Customers

The company sells products and services both directly to customers, and in some instances, through resellers. It assesses each arrangement to determine whether the company acts as principal or agent, based on whether it controls the product or service before transferring it to the end customer. Where the company acts as principal, revenue is recorded on a gross basis versus on a net basis where it acts as agent. The company sells data analytics software, provided by an external vendor, under two delivery models, these being a perpetual license or a software-as-a-service subscription arrangement. The external vendor is responsible for the fulfilment to the end user, and at no point in time does the Group obtain control of the data analytics software.

The company’s relationships with corporate Australia continued to expand with new customer wins, including Bunnings, Linfox, Eclipx, K-Mart, Endeavour Drinks Group, Ambulance Victoria, National Disability Insurance Agency and Queensland Ambulance Service.

History

The company was formerly known as ARQ Group Limited and changed its name to Webcentral Group Limited in June 2020. It was founded in 1996.
