The company is a liquor wholesaler supplying approximately 15,000 hotels, liquor stores, restaurants and other licensed premises throughout Australia and New Zealand. It operates out of 18 distribution centres throughout Australia and New Zealand. The company provides a service allowing customers to receive all their liquor supplies in one delivery, on one invoice, in full, together with marketing support and a variety of retail services. It includes a specialist liquor supply and support division to the on-premise sector, including bars, restaurants and hotels in both Australia and New Zealand.

Cash and Carry distribution segment: Cash and Carry distribution comprises the distribution of grocery and tobacco supplies via cash and carry warehouses. The company has 22 cash & carry warehouses and 17 regional warehouse distribution centres, servicing approximately 100,000 customers across all states and territories, stocking a range of groceries, confectionery, cigarettes, foodservice and liquor; four C-Store distribution centres (CSD) supported by specialist confectionery distribution centres; and the FoodLink Foodservice business in Western Australia providing the distribution solution to the food service industry.
